We are a group of ten like-minded friends, each of whom runs a bed and breakfast along or close to the Jurassic Coast. We all love living here - for some of us it’s been our family home for generations, others have moved here simply because it’s a beautiful place to live.
Our properties include working farmhouses, a converted farm building, modern town houses and rural cottages. Each of us takes great pride in providing comfortable, usually en-suite, accommodation, a warm welcome, insider tips on things to do and the best pubs and restaurants - and, of course, a hearty West Country breakfast, usually with ingredients from the nearest farm and bakery.
If you’re wondering about activities and places to see, you’ll be spoilt for choice year-round. Try village fetes, food and music festivals, world-class fossiling, sea swimming, mackerel fishing, hill walking, sailing, hot air ballooning, farmers’ markets and historic churches for starters.
The area’s increasingly becoming a foodie magnet; most recently Masterchef winner Mat Follas opened his restaurant, The Wild Garlic, in Beaminster. Mark Hix runs a fish restaurant in Lyme Regis and of course Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall is close by.
All our properties are graded either three- or four-star by Visit Britain, and we all follow government guidelines (and inspections) for fire, food hygiene and health and safety measures. Some accept dogs.
