The fitscape team of highly-experienced personal trainers has devised a challenging and entertaining programme, packed full of outdoor pursuits to deliver a significant increase in your fitness levels and leave you feeling energised, recharged and motivated.

Every fitscape fitness break is unique. The schedule is packed full of different options every day so that, with the help of our friendly expert trainers, you can design your own personal plan. You just tell us what you want to get out of your time - anything from a gentle, motivating kick-start through to a serious competitive challenge.

All daily training sessions, classes and activities are optional. There’s a comprehensive mix of hiking, circuit training, jogging, running, cycling, mountain biking, stretch classes, and other sports and recreations. Our personal trainers make sure that every guest works at their own level and receives a high degree of care and attention.

The quality of the individual care, food and accommodation means this is no boot camp. The food is healthy, delicious and nutritious - and plentiful, given the amount of exercise taken. Evenings are relaxed, sociable and fun and your base is the stunning, stylish Kasbah Bab-Ourika high in the Atlas Mountains.
