Recommended coach operator: Leger Holidays

Leger Holidays says
One of our most popular escorted coach holidays, we combine a visit to Le Clos Normand, Monet’s home and water garden in Giverny, with the magnificent Palace of Versailles, and a tour of Paris.
Made famous by Monet’s paintings of water lilies, the gardens at Giverny have been meticulously restored. Monet himself planned the planting so that there would be different dominant colours each month of the year. He was passionate about sourcing rare plants from around the world, another legacy to sit alongside his magnificent oil paintings.
The water garden, inspired by Monet’s personal collection of Japanese prints, is the most famous sight, but the flower beds which surround the house are a riot of colour year-round and well worth a visit in their own right.
We offer a choice of three- and four-night breaks between April and the end of September, with a choice of 423 convenient local coach joining points across England and Wales. Prices start at £245 pp including four-star B&B hotel accommodation on the western outskirts of Paris, as well as all sightseeing in Giverny, Paris and Versailles, coach transport from the UK, and a Leger guide.
Our Silver Service luxury coach travel costs from £5 per day extra and offers extra legroom and a spacious rear lounge on the coach, smaller group sizes and hotel porterage.

Arguably the most famous garden in the world, it's hardly surprising that Monet's 'water lilies' garden in Giverny, restored to the artist's original design to provide colour throughout the year, is a place of pilgrimage for gardeners and art lovers alike. Easy to reach from the UK, it can be neatly combined with an escorted jaunt to Paris and Versailles.
